Nestled in the beautiful Willamette Valley, Tualatin offers a perfect balance of serene surroundings and urban amenities. The city lies between the stunning Cascade and Coast mountain ranges. Yet, it’s only a short drive north from the buzzing city of Portland.

The city boasts an excellent quality of life and a strong sense of community, making it an ideal place to raise a family. You’ll feel secure knowing the highly rated Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center is in town; the hospital was recognized with the Patient Safety Excellence Award this year and the Outstanding Patient Experience Award for the last three years from healthgrades.com

The Tualatin River offers residents a plethora of outdoor recreational options. From hiking and biking trails to swimming and wildlife watching, there’s something to do here for every outdoorsy type. Plus, the city hosts many fun outdoor events throughout the year, including a fun run called the Blender Dash for kids 5 to 15 years old. But the famous West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta, held in the fall, is what you’ll really want to see. This weekend-long festival culminates with costumed contestants paddle-racing inside giant pumpkins in the man-made Lake at the Commons.

What’s more, the city excels when it comes to modern infrastructure and amenities. It features top-notch schools, convenient shopping centers, and a wide array of dining options. Its proximity to Portland ensures easy access to cultural events, employment opportunities, and world-class health care facilities.—AS
