Not only has Hilton served more than 3 billion guests since its inception, the employer also recognizes the power of its 50,000 U.S. employees. Over the past year, Hilton bolstered its culture, leadership, and performance by improving accessibility programs, leveraging AI, and empowering its in-house entrepreneurs. The company also offers Crisis Concierge; a career-growth program called Hilton Care; and mentorship programs. These perks and programs are popular among employees. Hilton thinks they’re why 32% of staffers have been at the company for more than 10 years. Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For – Europe

The 100 Best Companies to Work for - Europe is created by Great Place To Work®, based on employee surveys conducted by GPTW and information on workplace programs and strategy provided by companies to GPTW. 

Surveys must meet strict requirements for how they are distributed and the percentage of employees who respond to ensure they accurately represent honest feedback from the company’s full population. Rankings take into account the degree of employee presence in Europe and how many countries each company surveyed. While essay responses provide important context for rankings, only survey data can garner a list placement.

To be eligible for the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For in Europe list, employers must have 500 or more employees in Europe and must appear on at least one national best workplaces list in Europe. To determine this list, Great Place To Work surveyed companies employing more than 2.7 million people in Europe and received more than 1.5 million responses. Of those, 1.2 million responses were received from employees at companies who were eligible for the 2025 100 Best and this list is based on their feedback.
