In 2021, MetLife introduced a floating cultural heritage holiday to give employees the flexibility to choose when and how to celebrate their own ethnicity. MetLife’s digitally enabled AI learning platform, MyLearning, allows employees to select specific skills they want to develop or use keywords to find already available content that will help them meet their goals. Boasting more than 300,000 assets to date, the platform was used by 73% of staff in 2023.
