- PepsiCo (No. 45) appointed Steve Schmitt as EVP and CFO, effective Nov. 10. He currently serves as EVP and CFO of Walmart U.S. and succeeds Jamie Caulfield, who is retiring next year after 30 years with PepsiCo. Read more: PepsiCo taps Walmart veteran as CFO, bets big on beverage revamp
- Campbell’s (No. 425) appointed Todd E. Cunfer as CFO, effective Oct. 20. He formerly served as CFO of Freshpet and succeeds Carrie L. Anderson, who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.
Industrials
- Vertiv Holdings (No. 471) announced that Stephen Liang is retiring from the role of CTO, effective Jan. 1, 2026, after three decades in various roles at the company. Scott Armul, who currently serves as EVP, Global Portfolio and Business Units, will assume the role of Chief Product and Technology Officer upon Liang’s retirement.
Retailing
- Hertz Global Holdings (No. 440) promoted Mike Moore to COO from his role as EVP, Technical Operations at the company.
Telecommunications
- Verizon Communications (No. 30) appointed Dan Schulman as CEO, effective Oct. 6. He most recently served as CEO of PayPal Holdings (No. 137) and stepped down in 2023. Wholesalers
- TD Synnex (No. 73) appointed David Jordan as EVP and CFO. He previously served as SVP, Americas CFO and Head of Investor Relations at the company and succeeded Marshall Wit, who left the role on Sept. 29 and will become SVP and CFO of FedEx Freight, effective Oct. 15.
