This article is about the July 31 Democratic debate. For information on the October 15 Democratic debate, click here.

After 10 candidates took to the stage last night in Detroit, night two of the second round of the 2019 Democratic presidential debates will bring 10 more candidates front and center.

From time and channel to lineup and live streaming, here’s everything you need to know to tune in to tonight’s Democratic debate.

What time is the Democratic debate tonight?

Night two of the second Democratic debate will air from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. E.T. Wednesday night.

What channel is the debate on?

CNN is hosting this round of debates, which will be simulcast on Telemundo. If you don’t have cable, it will also be available for streaming live on CNN.com as well as the network’s iOS, Android, Apple TV, and Roku apps. The debate will then be available on demand after it finishes airing on each of these platforms.

What is the debate lineup for Wednesday night?

The 2020 Democratic candidates will appear onstage in this order, from left to right:

  • Sen. Michael Bennet
  • Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand
  • Former HUD Secretary Julián Castro
  • Sen. Cory Booker
  • Former Vice President Joe Biden
  • Sen. Kamala Harris
  • Entrepreneur Andrew Yang
  • Rep. Tulsi Gabbard
  • Gov. Jay Inslee
  • Mayor BIll DeBlasio

Which candidates didn’t make the second Democratic debate?

There are five candidates who did not make it to the debate stage this round, meaning they will not appear on either Tuesday or Wednesday nights. This includes former Alaska Sen. Mike Gravel, Massachusetts Rep. Seth Moulton, former Pennsylvania Rep. Joe Sestak, Miramar, Florida Mayor Wayne Messam, and recent entry, billionaire philanthropist Tom Steyer.

Who are the debate moderators on Wednesday?

The debate, which is taking place in Detroit, Mich., will be moderated by Dana Bash, Don Lemon, and Jake Tapper.

What is the structure of the debate?

According to CNN, candidates will have 60 seconds to respond to a moderator-directed question and 30 seconds for responses and rebuttals. Any candidate attacked by name by another candidate will also have 30 seconds to respond.

What are the new rules for Wednesday night’s debate?

Unlike in the last round of debates hosted by NBC, there will be no show of hands, one word, or down-the-line questions. CNN also notes that any candidate that consistently interrupts will have their time reduced.

What is the next 2019 Democratic debate?

The third round of debates will be held on Sept. 12 and 13 and will likely feature a much smaller group of candidates, as the qualification criteria will be even more stringent the next time around. ABC News and Univision will host.
