Lynn Martin

Lynn Martin is president of NYSE Group, which includes the New York Stock Exchange, the world’s largest exchange by market cap. After a sluggish stretch for IPOs, she is now steering the exchange through a stronger listings environment. In the first half of 2025, NYSE led the industry with $61 billion in capital raised, as new listings, follow-on offerings, and renewed investor appetite brought fresh energy back to the market. Her influence also extends across Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), NYSE’s parent company, where she chairs the fixed income and data services segment, a business she helped build from ICE’s 2015 acquisition of Interactive Data Corp. In 2025, Martin also expanded the NYSE brand beyond Wall Street, launching NYSE Texas, the first securities exchange to operate in the state. Her influence increasingly extends beyond the company: Martin was a member of President Trump’s business delegation on his May 2026 state visit to China. She was one of only three female business leaders invited.
