CoinShares is one of Europe's largest issuers of crypto exchange-traded products. Based in Jersey, the firm was cofounded in 2013 by current CEO Jean-Marie Mognetti and Daniel Masters. The company launched the world's first Bitcoin ETP in 2015 and holds roughly 34% of the European market as of June 2026.
