At this Huntsville, Ala.-based engineering company, almost every employee surveyed spoke highly of management, saying that the company seeks to take care of employees. Throughout the year, employees enjoy on-the-spot bonuses, Thanksgiving bonuses tied to company and individual performance and a March profit-sharing program. "I'm often able to leave work in the middle of the day to enjoy a yoga class," says one employee.
