Walker & Dunlop

Employees say:

"One thing that really stands out about W&D is the way the company brings everyone together at least once a year for an all-company event. I know it must be expensive and time-consuming to plan, but it truly makes a difference. It's not something every company does, and it shows a real commitment to building culture and connection across teams and departments. These gatherings help reinforce that we're all part of something bigger, even if we work in different offices or roles. They give us the chance to meet people we usually only see on screens, share ideas, and feel more connected to the broader mission and each other. It's a great example of how W&D invests in its people and culture in meaningful ways."

"This company has an incredible culture and amazing people. I have always felt welcome and celebrated here. Even when I have made mistakes being in the earlier part of my career, I have always felt encouraged to keep learning and trying new things."
