Employees say:
"One of the things that makes this company a great place to work is the strong culture of support and growth. I truly enjoy working here and appreciate the consistent opportunities for professional development. The leadership team is incredibly approachable and takes the time to celebrate both individual and team successes, which creates a motivating and positive environment. I value this culture so much that I have recommended friends and family to explore opportunities here, and I hope to continue growing with the company for as long as I am able."

Employees say:
"The learning and growth opportunities at Salesforce are phenomenal. The culture encourages everyone to invest in themselves - to learn the latest technology, to expand your skillsets, to explore other areas of the business where you can bring a fresh perspective. In addition, we are encouraged to give back to our communities and causes that mean the most to each individual. We have paid volunteer hours that our leadership encourages, and even coordinates for us to participate in. I feel empowered to invest my time not only in my job and my team, but also in myself and my community, making me feel that I am more than just an employee, but someone who makes a difference because of where I work."

Salesforce ranks No. 9 on the 2025 World’s 25 Best Workplaces list.

Employees say:
"The amount of personal care employees show to each other is exceptional. People are genuinely interested in each other and show up for each other in meaningful ways. I mentioned to someone who previously had worked with me (but we were no longer in the same work group) that I had been having a bit of a tough week, and an hour later a delivery of my favorite coffee drink showed up at my door. And that isn't an isolated incident."

Salesforce ranks 12 on this year’s Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For – Europe list.

Employees say:
"There is trust and transparency within the company including employees, teams, and the leadership team. Amazing team work, which makes my job a dreamwork. Being part of Salesforce Ohana where you are treated like a family member with a respect where your input is heard and valued and leadership does recognize employees accomplishments. Couldn't say enough great things about amazing employee benefits and that management does honor a work & family balance!"

Employees say: "Salesforce compensates their employees really well. Leadership makes us feel valued and gives employees a lot of autonomy to be creative, lead initiatives, and grow. I've admired and respected this company for years, but being a part of it has exceeded all of my expectations. They said the best part of working at Salesforce is the people, and boy, did they deliver! The people here are kind, genuine, smart as heck, and straight up fantastic human beings. My colleagues authenticity has been a breath of fresh air. It's rare to have colleagues who fight to help you grow, and I'm so appreciative to be surrounded by people like that."

Employees say:
"I am incredibly grateful to work remotely with such supportive and empathetic colleagues and leaders who trust that, despite my family's circumstances, I can fulfill my job duties effectively, be a top performer/contributor/teammate, and balance all that comes from disability parenting, including therapies, doctor visits, and ICU stays."

Salesforce ranks No. 10 on the 2024 World’s 25 Best Workplaces list.

Software as a service pioneer Salesforce has become almost as well known in Europe as in the U.S., with 12,866 employees thanks to its AI-driven CRM platform. A 'Return & Remote' approach empowers leaders to offer their teams one of four working models: Office-flexible, requiring employees to be onsite three days per week; Customer-facing, where they join colleagues or customers four days per week; Technical, mandating that product and engineering teams gather for 10 days per quarter; and fully Remote. An annual Dreamforce event unites the global workforce for speeches, seminars, games and networking in San Francisco and online. Salesforce's founders were also the first to adopt the now-popular 1-1-1 model, which commits 1% of the company's equity, technology, and employee time to initiatives improving education, equality, and the environment.

Employees say:
"Every single team is caring and cooperative. Teamwork is done really well at this company. Also there's a great sense of community here in a professional and personal manner. Its highly inclusive and has tons of resources for every employee."

Employees say:
"Salesforce stands out as an excellent workplace where the organization consistently upholds its core values and ensures fair treatment of employees. Additionally, ample career growth opportunities are provided, and the insurance coverage and additional perks are commendable. The genuine care for employees is evident in the overall experience."

This software giant went through numerous rounds of layoffs in 2023 as the tech industry pulled back on spending, but new innovations in workplace AI could be a benefit to the remaining workforce. People from underrepresented backgrounds have made up 50% of Salesforce’s workforce since early 2022, and a portion of executive compensation is tied to diversity initiatives. The company boasts 13 distinct equality groups led by employees with 300 chapters in 26 countries. More than half of all employees are members of at least one. All of the employees enrolled in the MentorFinder program, which connects employees with a mentor, say that “mentoring was a good use of my time.” In 2023 the company introduced Great Leader Pathways that encourage employees from entry-level positions and up to develop leadership skills. All employees are offered a $100 reimbursement each month for well-being activities like exercise classes and meditation apps.
