Champion Packaging & Distribution
Employees say: "It's a fantastic place to work because of the company culture. We have a very collaborative team environment, and everyone is always willing to help each other out. Additionally, the company is very supportive of professional development, and they offer a variety of training programs to help employees grow in their careers."
e.l.f. Beauty
Employees say: "The way e.l.f. promotes togetherness [is unique]. It is encouraged to get to know your coworkers on a personal level. The office I work out of will put together a happy hour where we relax, play games, and recognize others' accomplishments. For example, one of my managers was recently promoted, and the first thing we did was plan a celebration. We played games, ate food, and talked as peers. At the happy hour he gave a small speech to the team, and during his speech he expressed gratitude to his team for trusting him to make the correct decisions. I could not think of working for a better company."
good2grow
Employees say: "The authenticity at good2grow is what I believe makes it a great place to work. Management cares about the impact the company makes on all of its stakeholders. While it's easy to put on a show of passion, everyone at good2grow truly does put their heart and soul into their work. The kindness, compassion, and empathy exhibited from every team makes this company one I'd like to work at forever. I'm proud to work for such a caring company."
American Transmission
Employees say: "I really like the option of the hybrid work locations and the expectation that we are doing what is best for our workday as to where we are working for that day. It is refreshing to have a company that trusts that you are doing what is right for the business. The different work locations at ATC are very inviting. As a newer employee to ATC, I have gone to three of the four offices to work and for meetings, and at all locations every time I go somewhere, people are very inviting and willing to engage in conversations and willing to help out with anything. Everyone seems to have the common goal at the forefront of what we are doing here."
Platform Aerospace
Employees say: "It is a small company, so you know everyone on a first-name basis. The owner is just as far in the trenches as all the employees, as well as has personal connections to everyone in the company, which makes it so much easier to want to do your part. Nobody is the 'big boss that sits around just telling others what to do.' Instead everyone, even the higher-ups, are working hand-in-hand towards the same goals."
