MPParts

Employees say:

"Every other quarter the whole staff is flown into Charlotte for our business development meeting from all over the country. Most companies have all staff meetings that are all about the bottom line and the development of the company. Our business development meetings are all about developing our people, learning together, growing together, encouraging each other and recognizing each other for living out our culture defining behaviors. Most companies have values on their walls and our values are genuinely lived out by the people."

Employees say:

"This company is the most caring company I have ever been a part of. They care about me in and outside of work and care about my family equally as much. Our CEO has personally invested into me more than any boss has, and I attribute many of my successes to him and this company that gave me a chance when others did not. There is not a single company in America that has the culture that MPParts does, and I consider myself blessed to work for this family."

Employees say:

"Growth was our team's word for 2023. We believe the growth of the organization depends on the growth of the people. We read together, challenge each other and grow in order to give back to our clients, communities and each other."
