  • Williams (No. 371) appointed Larry Larsen to Executive Vice President and COO, effective May 3. Larsen currently serves as Williams Senior Vice President, Gathering and Processing and succeeds Michael Dunn, who is retiring. 

Financials

  • Regions Financial Corporation (No. 428) appointed Angela Santone as Chief People Officer, effective May 12. She most recently served as Senior Executive Vice President of Human Resources at AT&T (No. 32). Dave Keenan, who previously served as Chief Administrative and Human Resources Officer at the company, is now referred to in company communications as Chief Administrative Officer.

Health care

  • Boston Scientific (No. 300) announced that EVP and CFO Dan Brennan is retiring at the end of June after nearly 30 years with the company. Jon Monson, the company’s current SVP, Investor Relations, will succeed Brennan.

Retailing

  • AutoNation (No. 155) appointed Jeremy Tucker as CMO, effective April 21. He most recently served as EVP, Global CMO, and Chief Franchise Officer at Spin Master, and succeeds former AutoNation CMO Rich Lennox.
