Fans of HBO’s Game of Thrones have been eagerly devouring even the smallest breadcrumbs about the show’s upcoming seventh season.

On Thursday, the cable network released the latest trailer for Season 7 of the hit fantasy series, giving fans a chance to gorge again on the plotting and machinations at the heart of the massively popular program. The new season will premiere on July 16.

(Warning: Some spoilers may follow.)

The minute-and-a-half video features three of the show’s main characters—Jon Snow, Cersei Lannister, and Daenerys Targaryen—as they each walk separately toward their respective (and literal) seats of power. As the song Sit Down by the British rock band James plays, the teaser eventually focuses on Cersei, sitting on “The Iron Throne,” as she exhales a breath of frosty air before the camera zooms out to show an icy blue eye (presumably, that of the Night King character).

Titled Long Walk, the commercial hints at the featured characters’ impending battles for power, as well as the ultimate battle for Westeros, the mythical kingdom where much of the series’ action takes place, with the Night King’s army of undead soldiers that the series has been building toward over the previous six seasons.

The seventh season of Game of Thrones, consisting of seven episodes, will start nearly 15 months after the previous season’s premiere. The show’s producers have said that production was delayed in order to wait for more wintry weather to hit the various locales where the show is filmed, including Northern Ireland and Croatia. Last year’s sixth season premiere drew record television and streaming viewership for HBO.

The series will end next year after a six-episode season eight. Both season seven and eight are shorter than earlier 10-episode Game of Thrones seasons.
