Donald Trump is, unsurprisingly, angry that Fortune’s sister publication TIME went with Angela Merkel as its Person of the Year for 2015.

Trump, the GOP frontrunner for President, took to Twitter to express his disapproval and take a shot at Germany’s Chancellor.

“I told you @TIME Magazine would never pick me as person of the year despite being the big favorite,” he wrote on the social media site to his over 5 million followers. “They picked person who is ruining Germany.”

Merkel became only the fourth woman to win the honor individually since the publication began announcing it in 1927.

She beat out ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the Black Lives Matter movement and Uber CEO Travis Kalanick among others.

In August, Trump was on the cover of TIME.
