Relypsa Inc., a Santa Clara, Calif.-based developer of non-absorbed polymeric drugs, has raised $80 million in Series C funding. Sibling Capital was joined by return backers OrbiMed Advisors, 5AM Ventures, New Leaf Venture Partners, Sprout Group, Delphi Ventures and Mediphase Venture Partners. www.relypsa.com

Pure Storage, an all-flash enterprise storage array company, has raised $40 million in Series D funding. Index Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers Greylock Partners, Redpoint Ventures and Sutter Hill Ventures. The Mountain View, Calif.-based company previously raised $55 million. www.purestorage.com

YottaMark Inc., a Redwood City, Calif.-based developer of a fresh food traceability platform, has raised $24 million in Series D funding. Westbury Partners led the round, and was joined by Fairhaven Capital, General Mills Ventures and return backers ATA Ventures, Thomvest Ventures and Granite Ventures. Ubiquisys, a UK-based developer of 3G and LTE small cells, has raised $19 million in new VC funding. Mobile Internet Capital and Nissay Capital were joined by return backers 5CCG/Sallfort Privatbank AG, Accel Partners, Advent Venture Partners, Atlas Venture and Yasuda. Spectra7 Microsystems, a Toronto-based developer of analog chips for mobile infrastructure and consumer products, has raised C$11 million in first-round funding from Celtic House Venture Partners, Ventures West Capital and EdgeStone Capital Partners. www.spectra7.com

EverFi, an online financial literacy education platform, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Jeff Bezos, Evan Williams and Rethink Education were joined by return backers New Enterprise Associates, Tomorrow Ventures, Allen & Co. and Michael Chasen. The Washington, D.C.-based company previously raised $11 million. www.everfi.com

RichRelevance, a San Francisco-based provider of personalization solutions for retailers and brands, has raised $8 million in new Series A funding. The total round now stands at $28 million. RTP Ventures, Shea Ventures and Gray Ventures were joined on the extension by existing backer Tugboat Ventures. Earlier investors included Greylock Partners, Crosslink Capital and Draper Fisher Jurvetson. www.richrelevance.com

Netsertive Inc., a Research Triangle Park, N.C.-based developer of localized digital advertising and channel marketing solutions, has raised $7.3 million in Series B funding. Harbert Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers RRE Ventures and Greycroft Partners. Netsertive also announced that it has secured a $2.5 million credit facility from Square 1 Bank. www.netsertive.com

App Annie, a Hong Kong–based provider of app store analytics and market intelligence for the global app industry, has raised $6 million in Series B funding. Greycroft Partners led the round, and was joined by e.ventures, Infinity Venture Partners, Kii Capital, Jarl Mohn and return backer IDG Capital Partners. www.appannie.com

ParStream, a Germany-based provider of a real-time big data analytics platform, has raised $5.6 million in Series A funding. Khosla Ventures led the round, and was joined by Baker Capital, Crunch Fund, Data Collective, Tola Capital and individual angels. www.parstream.com

EcoMom, a Los Angeles-based online shopping portal for healthy and eco-conscious children’s products, has raised $4.7 million in new VC funding, according to Pando Daily. Blue Pacific Ventures led the round, and was joined by Crosslink Capital, Cue Ball, Rising Tide, Vegas Tech Rhodium and Embarcadero Ventures. www.ecomom.com

SocialPandas, a provider of social selling applications, has raised $1.5 million in seed funding led by True Ventures. www.socialpandas.com

Livio, a Detroit-based maker of connected car products and smartphone app connectivity solutions, has raised an undisclosed amount of Series C funding. Backers include North Coast Technology Investors, Beringea, Western Technology Investment, Angel Street Capital, North Coast Technology Investors and Invest Detroit’s First Step Fund. www.livio.com
