New investors include Temasek, Eastern Capital and Biogen Idec ($9 million equity infusion as part of a strategic agreement that also includes a $45 million up-front cash payment). The company previously raised around $220 million from Abingworth Management, Advanced Technology Ventures, AllianceBernstein, Alta Partners, Brookside Capital, CIDC Consulting, D.E.
