Wells Fargo handed Mack a difficult task ­following its 2016 fake-account scandal: Fix community banking—the bank’s main source of revenue. Since then her responsibilities have only grown, with Wells Fargo’s troubled auto and home lending businesses now under her jurisdiction as well.
