Fama Francisco

The first Asian female CEO of a P&G business unit, Fama Francisco led the company’s baby care and feminine care sectors to their best year in a decade in terms of profit growth. In her position, Francisco oversees more than 13,000 employees and around $12 billion in yearly revenue, representing 17% of P&G global sales. She’s spearheaded numerous global campaigns focused on female empowerment, including the #ShareTheLove, #EndPeriodPoverty, and #LikeAGirl movements.
