Adaire Fox-Martin

After being appointed to SAP’s executive board in 2017, Fox-Martin earned another promotion in February of 2020. She is now responsible for the entirety of the German-based software company’s new Customer Success board area. In that role, Fox-Martin is responsible for 40,000-plus employees and almost all of SAP’s more than $30 billion in annual revenue. She’s also shown a commitment to diversity and inclusion efforts, sponsoring programs such as Autism at Work and Back to Work, which creates a path for mothers returning to their professional careers, as well as founding an initiative focused on addressing major global challenges.
