Tulsi Naidu has run Zurich Insurance Group's Asia Pacific business since January 2021, joining the group executive committee then. Under her, the region is a growing profit engine for Europe's second-largest insurer by market value: first-half 2026 operating profit rose 15% to $348 million, outpacing the group, led by 19% life insurance operating profit growth and strong sales of savings and investment-linked policies in Japan and Hong Kong.
