Sue Kyung Lee is the global president of P&G Skin Care, overseeing a multibillion-dollar portfolio that includes SK-II, Olay, Farmacy, First Aid Beauty and Tula. She joined P&G in 1994, became P&G Korea’s first female leader in 2012 and later led SK-II globally. SK-II, long a drag on P&G’s beauty performance, grew 18% globally in the March 2026 quarter as the region returned to growth, and its momentum continued through the fiscal year.
