Nguyen Thi Hoa became CEO of Viettel Global in February 2025—the first woman to lead the investment arm of Vietnam's largest telecom operator—and has since posted record results: 2025 revenue of $1.7 billion, up 25%, and after-tax profit of roughly $440 million, a 57% jump. Viettel Global leads seven of its ten overseas markets, serving 90 million customers.
