Nguyen Bach Diep

Nguyen Bach Diep joined FPT, Vietnam's largest technology group, in 1994 as an unpaid intern. She rose to found FPT Retail in 2012 and now chairs it. She also nurtured its Long Chau pharmacy chain into the group's main growth engine, which brought in almost 70% of FPT Retail's 2025 revenue. Diep is cautious about what comes next: rising prices and geopolitical tension, she says, are making consumers cut back on new tech gadgets.
