Oscar Casillas established BEPC (Business Excellence Professional Consulting), a life sciences engineering and information technology consulting firm in 2005 after working for 30 years at a major corporation. BEPC now has contracts with several large corporations and does work internationally—particularly in Mexico, where it has 160 full-time employees. Employees receive competitive wages and benefits packages, and the company's growing client base has allowed Casillas to avoid layoffs when projects end.
