The Royster Group

As a recruiting manager for a Fortune 100 company and an executive search consultant for a top executive search firm, Ken Taunton saw first-hand the shortage of diverse candidates for management and senior leadership positions. In 2001, he founded the Royster Group, an executive search firm specializing in sourcing women and people of color for leadership roles through a highly-developed network. He later expanded his business to include professional healthcare staffing for federal contracts and brings this same focus and commitment to recruiting healthcare providers of color.
