Workday’s team volunteer grant program made it easy to recruit colleagues to support a local homeless shelter, says Mohammad Imaduddin, integration support analyst with the California-based provider of HR and finance software for businesses. He sent a message on the company’s internal social network alerting coworkers to volunteering opportunities. Now, a team of employees meets once a month to serve meals to the homeless.
