Charese Jamison, a provider representative with the staffing company for the healthcare industry, estimates that she devoted 130 hours of vacation, flex, and paid time off last year to community service. That work included helping to start BOLD, a program of the National Crittenton Foundation, which supports girls in crisis. “The leader I report to is very encouraging of all of the projects I’ve been involved in,” says Jamison. “This is the first time I’ve been in an environment where it’s not only tolerated, it’s actually celebrated.” Read the Great Place to Work review
