Novo Nordisk

The U.S. arm of this Danish pharmaceutical giant tries to encourage a diverse culture in everything it does, says senior manager of talent acquisition Jennifer Kniering. But to help aid the process, Novo Nordisk welcomes employee affinity groups like Hispanics & Latinos at Novo or Women at Novo, where colleagues can get career advice and network with executives. These groups also host events and speaker series, which provide “ways to get exposure and step outside your comfort zone,” said Kniering. Read the Great Place to Work review.
