The U.S. arm of this Danish pharmaceutical giant tries to encourage a diverse culture in everything it does, says senior manager of talent acquisition Jennifer Kniering. But to help aid the process, Novo Nordisk welcomes employee affinity groups like Hispanics & Latinos at Novo or Women at Novo, where colleagues can get career advice and network with executives.
