Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Born in Hawaii, Tracie Kahikina, who is the head concierge at the Seattle Four Seasons, has had the opportunity to move all over the U.S., including stints in Las Vegas and California, thanks to Four Seasons' global network of 95 hotels. Employees can also test out other markets. During winter months, Four Seasons sends "task forces" to areas that are nice all year-round so employees can learn new skills at a different site.
