Says one baby boomer at this law firm: "The firm has a program called "Clients First," which involves a short social/business/information meeting on each floor every morning (staff and attorneys). This meeting gives everyone an opportunity for interaction and a heads-up on any special projects in which the firm or staff may be involved. The folks I work with and depend upon (and who depend upon me) are wonderful folks. The work environment is comfortable. We have great latitude in dress with, of course, casual Fridays. Also, we will have a "jeans day" periodically to raise money for charity— $5.00 to wear jeans to work for a day. The company provides great benefits and management allows as much flexibility as possible in time-off requests and makes an attempt to keep all staff informed as to its goals and progress."
