Jessica Raasch

A self-styled “strategic thinker and skilled collaborator,” Jessica Raasch says she focuses on solving business problems via design. In her role as a senior design manager at Target, that means leading teams that focus on designing and building out unique and accessible customer experiences at stores nationwide.

Most recently, Raasch helped lead the charge in overhauling Target’s order-ahead service, enabling stores to launch curbside drive-up and order-pickup services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Those redesigns had a big business impact: Drive-up sales grew more than 600% last year, while those for order pickup, which has been around for years, still rose by more than 70%, as Target chief operating officer John Mulligan disclosed on the company’s Q4 earnings call.
