Virginia Commonwealth University’s online master’s degree program in social work prepares students to become a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). Students must complete 14 to 22 field hours per week in the program. The final application for full-time attendance in fall is May 31. For full-time advanced standing students, the final deadline is June 7. Students attending full-time can complete the degree in as few as 16 months, however part-time options are also available. A GRE score is not required for application consideration.
