A Concierge’s Black Book: Copenhagen

Anders Ruggiero has many tasks as the head concierge at Copenhagen’s historic Hôtel d’Angleterre, but his main task is “creating memories. This is one of the key functions in the hotel,” explains Ruggiero, who also serves as the head of the Danish concierge union.
