As an internet technology company whose goal is to simplify and optimize work through modern digital experiences, it’s no surprise that ServiceNow is hyper-attuned to the needs of its own workforce. “The biggest thing is the attention to diversity—not just in words but also in the public, private, and work efforts,” comments one employee. The companywide DEI efforts include eight employee-led Belonging groups and the annual Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Leadership summit, which seeks to help leaders become agents of change in the workplace. ServiceNow employees also feel the company really listens to their needs, responding to an outcry for better work/life balance during the pandemic by offering Recharge Half-Day Fridays from June through September 2021.
