Kohl’s is a national retailer with more than 1,100 stores in 49 states that sells clothing, shoes, home goods, toys, jewelry, and other general merchandise. It often sells at a cheaper price than competitors, and offers frequent discounts and promotions—like Kohl’s Cash. Founded in 1962, Kohl’s went public in 1992, rapidly expanding the number of its stores across the U.S. Kohl’s also has both an online and a mobile store. Some of its brands include Apt. 9, Croft & Barrow, Jumping Beans, SO, Sonoma Goods for Life, Tek Gear, LC Lauren Conrad, Nine West, and Simply Vera Vera Wang.
