Goldman Sachs Group

Goldman Sachs is one of the world’s largest investment banks in the world by revenue. The multinational financial services company, founded in 1869 and considered a systemically important bank by the Financial Stability Board, has its hand in services ranging from investment management to prime brokerage and asset management to a client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments, and individuals. The company paid a record fine of $2.9 billion under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act in 2020 for its involvement with Malaysia’s 1MDB corruption scandal.
