we're going to move on to a very important and timely topic. The death of an Iranian woman while in custody of the country's morality police triggered weeks of protests across Iran decrying the religious regime. Demonstrators have faced an increasingly violent response by state security forces. International activists are now taking the fight to the United Nations seeking to have Iran ejected from the U. N. Commission on the status of women. In our next interview, an international human rights lawyer lays out potential lovers to pressure the Iranian government to change its policies. Please welcome human rights lawyer interviewed by Elise nelson, the president and ceo of the Vital voices Global partnership. Good morning everyone. Um I'm so thrilled to be here and if we think about this topic it's I think so relevant for not only the theme right realizing our power nowhere in the world. Is that more on display than in Iran right now, where we are seeing women and girls, the average age of those arrested is 15. So women and girls not only as the spark but also as the engine um for this revolution that's going on there and that has led to solidarity protests around the world and today marks two months from the day that Masa Amini was um well died after a coma in you know after being in the custody of the morality police. So I'm so thrilled to be joined today by one of the world's leading experts on how we can um remove Iran from the commission on the status of women G Sania who is been an extraordinary partner to all of us at vital voices in this campaign, but before we get into that. So I wonder if you could give us a snapshot into Iran right now because obviously this is a country that's cut off from the world, even in a social media era. Um it's hard to get news that we can trust coming out of the country. Yeah, thank you Elise and thank you um to this conference for having me and focusing on this topic. So, um probably a lot of you in the audience have seen, you know, social media posts about what is happening in Iran or at least seen it somewhere in traditional media. Um but essentially this is a feminist uprising. Now the protests have spread to all 31 provinces in Iran. There have been almost 1000 recorded protests. And the significant thing is that this isn't an authoritarian state. So it's not like if we were organizing a protest here and we wouldn't necessarily need to worry about state security forces kill With bullets there these protesters are literally risking their life to talk about their demands for social change. There have been recurring protests in Iran since December 2017 with shortening spaces between each spate of protests. But the very significant thing about this current more than two months long protests is that it really came about because of the outrage around these restrictions on women. It came about because the people of Iran want respect for their basic human rights and dignity. And so it wasn't triggered because of economic considerations or because of water shortages or things that might have been relevant to the prior protests in the past. This is very much at its root a demand for social change and it's now being described as a revolution because with the prior protests, they would eventually peter out. State security forces would come and kill hundreds, if not thousands of people and the protests would end Now, people are in the streets and they're not going home despite the incredible risk. Um gen z is at the forefront of these protests. They were really out on the streets. A lot of people under the age of 25 were leading this and as we saw women and girls, even girls as young as 12, we're taking off their force to job that the state mandates that they wear a head covering um and basically saying death to the dictator, wow, wow! So in so many ways, what's happening in Iran is very much linked to what's happening in Afghanistan. What's happening even here in the United States, what's happening around the world, which is thinking about the fact that women are losing. We are losing if we haven't already lost that right of self determination, right to control our own bodies, our own lives, our own futures, our education, where we work, what we do, and can you talk a little bit about how women around the world have really stepped up um and supported this effort we and and and and I think the value and importance of that, we obviously came together with you um for freedoms, a number of other Iranian women leaders as well as women leaders from around the world. Nobel Laureates, former presidents, current current Heads of State um from Malala yusef side to descend Ardern to Hillary clinton to Oprah. Um And we put out a letter in the new york times. Full page spread in the sunday new york times. I think we have an image of it and that really said we we want the U. N. And Member States to remove the Islamic republic of Iran from the U. N. Commission on the status of women as Mahal said this is one of the most significant bodies um Within the U.N. but one of the most significant bodies where you know leaders and countries come together to look at the advancement and empowerment of women. So one why were they ever even on it in the first place? And why why would it be so historic to get them removed? Yeah. So they were the Islamic Republic of Iran was elected to this commission in 2021. And the thing is these are noncompetitive elections. So there are these different regional blocks at the U. N. They all advanced candidates. And then if there's no competition, everybody who's being advanced will get the open slots here. I think enough U. N. Member States and people who were part member States that were part of eco socks which is kind of the parent body to this this group that really dictates and governs the status of women's rights. Um I think they didn't care enough to come together and say let us encourage the ASia block which the Islamic Republic of Iran is part of to advance another candidate. They had Lebanon china Pakistan. A few candidates move forward. They could have recommended South Korea. They could have recommend there's another country. They could have really put their power behind doing that but it wasn't enough of a priority for them at the time. I think um what does need to happen now though is that the Islamic Republic needs to immediately be removed from the Commission on the status of women. They should have no leadership role in deciding what women's rights are globally and shaping those norms. Um The Islamic Republic is one of the only governments that mandates this sort of discriminatory gender framework to the extent that it does against women. If I was in Iran my testimony would be worth half that of a man in a courtroom. I would have very restricted rights when it comes to marriage, divorce custody, inheritance. I would be forced to cover my hair and wear loose clothing even if I didn't want to and the list goes on and on. Um so it's completely unacceptable. A lot of countries obviously have misogyny patriot. Those are global themes, but the Islamic Republic is definitely an outlier and that it's actually enshrined in their laws, so all of this is legal. Um and and that's very concerning now, what needs to happen is um the Islamic Republic started a four year term on this commission in March 2022. They absolutely need to be kicked off. But this is unprecedented. There has never been a member that has been removed from this commission in the past and there's never been any members that have been removed from any of the eight functional commissions that are part of the U. N. Economic and Social Council of which the CsW has one, but there's a first time for everything and they absolutely need to be king. And this letter definitely, you know, if it's signed by Oprah and Michelle Obama and Malala, it definitely turned attention to this issue. I think people around the world were surprised that the Islamic Republic would be on a commission at the U. N. Actually deciding what women's rights should look like. So we've gotten some very encouraging signs new Zealand Canada, the U. S. Government, the U. K. They have all announced that they intend to kick the I. R. I off the commission on the status of women and we need to make sure that they follow through with putting forward a resolution um to call for the formal removal. And so we'll make sure to do that and we hope to do that before the end of the year. And then we need what, half more than half of the votes 28 I believe of the 54 member states of the Eco stock would have to agree correct. So that's, you know, now it's the campaign and that would happen by when, Well, it could happen at any time. So last week, myself and some of the Iranian women signatories on the letter met with the president of her name is ambassador Story Eva we had a conversation with her, we delivered the letter to her and had a conversation. We've got an image of that as well, I think. Yeah. Um there we go. I think I'm not in there. But yeah, you were taking the photo but were there there was a conversation with her about when this would happen. And what's clear is that echo sauce doesn't need to have a regular meeting for their next regular meeting is in December seven for elections. But this can be done at any time. So it really just depends on the will of a country to want to invest in this and bring this forward. So when vital voices got engaged and I want to go out to all of you if you have questions, um we'd love to get your thoughts. So let me ask one more and then we'll go out to all of you. If you have if you have any questions, please be thinking about them. Um when we got engaged, one of the first things that we do, we work with women leaders around the world across 184 countries. We went out to our network and said, Okay, how can we be supportive? Because you know, you never want to do anything that could backfire our harm. Um and one of the greatest things that we heard was what all we need you to do is amplify our voices. Right? Retweet us repost talk about it. And there was also a feeling that there were not enough women leaders talking. And what was incredible is that as we went out and reached out to all these leaders who signed onto that letter. Now an additional 100,000 people have signed onto the letter to remove the I. R. I. From from the Commission on the status of women. But what was amazing is how quickly women wanted to sign on, which I thought was really interesting that they didn't ask who else has signed. It was like, yes, absolutely, I'm there. Why is that so important to a young woman right now? You know, in Iran probably coming home from a day of protests, why is it so important is that news getting in that things like this are happening. And really it's it's it's women supporting women, you know, the Vice President of the United States, obviously a woman tweeting about this really saying, you know, I'm going to play a leadership role. That was pretty huge talk about what that means inside the country. So it's really important. Um so Iran was an early adopter of the internet, I think they were the second country in the region to adopt the internet. There's a high level of internet penetration, there are disruptions of internet because the state is purposely cutting the internet off because they know that that's a way that people mobilized to protest obviously. Um but among the protesters, they're young girls, you know, 1920 21 they all have Tiktok accounts and it's just indistinguishable from any young person anywhere really. So the barrier between inside Iran and outside, Iran has actually gone away over the past decade, I'd say a decade ago, it was a lot more difficult for me to talk with people all over the country because I couldn't go inside the country and not be arrested. Um but now it's actually a lot easier despite these internet disruptions, everybody uses a VPN kind of circumvent the bands on different sites and they're pretty tech savvy. So they actually see what is going on outside and they're asking us to amplify this and I want to let everybody know that when you post and you share and you talk about it, it isn't this meaningless performative activism. It actually makes such a critical difference because the globe is crisis saturated right now. Um Ukraine Afghanistan reported food shortages. Climate crisis, there's a lot going on when there is a tension on Iran's women and girls actually elevates the priority level for the folks that I meet. So when I meet somebody in the government's foreign ministry or when I meet representatives of the U. N. Member State, it makes a difference to them and they know that they need to prioritize this file. So your shares are not meaningless. They're actually incredibly supporting these women and girls inside the country and those women and girls absolutely see what we're doing on the outside. Right. What what questions does anyone have in the minutes we have remaining. Yes. Sorry, coming to you with microphone, please introduce yourself. Hi, I'm Jacqueline Brown. Hi, I'm Jacqueline Brown from Workday. I have a question about the I understand the uh the protests and getting um ri off of this commission. How does that change the women's rights in this country by doing that. That's one question. And how do you protect the protesters out there in the meantime, as you go through this process? Yeah. So that's one strand of I would say a multi pronged strategy on how to help protesters on the inside of the country. There are so many different efforts to try to build an economic base for the protesters because a lot of the workers at oil refineries and whatnot are going on strike, but they can't necessarily afford to go on strike. Right? So there's that sort of like economic prom there are efforts to bring free and easy to access internet inside the country, can't give too many details on some of these things for reasons you might appreciate. But there are a lot of efforts to support the protesters and then there are the efforts that we can do from the outside that involve multilateral institutions like the U. N. So the thing about kicking the I. R. I. Off the Commission on the status of women is that the Islamic republic has used that body and that platform as a way to shape the norms from the inside. Their position is that women's place is only in the home and that we should only be in the domestic sphere. And so they hold a lot of side events at the U. N. In New york in Geneva and discuss this and I know it might sound a bit odd to us, but there are receptive ears across the world who say, yeah, you know, that's right, we kind of see the truth in that. So I think our aim is to ensure that they don't have a leadership position on a body that is influential in deciding what U. N. Women for example should work on the agency. Um but it's a separate effort from looking at how to support protesters in their daily effort to take to the streets and I should note that unfortunately there are more than 15,000 individuals who have now been arrested since the start of the protests two months ago. A lot of them are facing torture in custody. A lot of them are gonna be sentenced to long draconian sentences for nothing more than peaceful protest. And some of them are even being sentenced to execution and that's simply for exercising their freedom of expression, assembly and association. So we need to make noise for them and ensure that that doesn't happen. Thank you. Thank you for the very good question. Just I think in wrapping up um you can certainly all of you in this room you have power. You have voice, we need you to amplify the voices of these women. Um We need you to join this campaign. [MUSIC PLAYING] BYRAN WALSH: So Moncef, how can we do it better when we see the next-- it's going to Zika right now and might be something else in a year's time. Both working with the public sector, from your perspective, how do we respond quicker but also I think maybe not let things fall off the agenda the way they sometimes have the past? MONCHEF SLAOUI: Yeah. So we gave this quite a lot of thought. And I would just start by saying last time I took a car insurance, I didn't take it while I was having an accident. I usually take it before. And it's the same principle. what we're proposing is to say for a company like GSK but others have also stepped up but not everyone but others have done to is to say, we as private enterprises hold technologies, know-how, capabilities that have the capacity to save the world. We can't only use them on the purpose of making returns to shareholders. That's what we do on a daily basis. But there are instances where there is a bigger picture. Now the issue is when we are reactive, we have to stop what we do to sustain ourself returning to our shareholders in order to help save the world, whether it's antibiotic resistance or vaccines against pandemics. Let's try to do this in advance of an outbreak. So we made a very specific proposal saying we have platform technologies that we know allow to make vaccines. We know they are safe. And we know how to make them industrial. That's very important. Making a vaccine and running a clinical trial and making a publication in the scientific journal is very important and shows that you can make the vaccine. But you don't have a vaccine for millions of people. The technology is needed to make a vaccine for millions of people over many, many years are very different than those experimental technologies. That's what I call platform technologies. We offered to make these available at no cost to the community. To build an organization, only the cost of running it would be borne by the community. And to put an organization with these platform technologies, with the know-how, et cetera under the governance of an independent body that would, based on science, decides there is a list of 15 or 13 or 11, depending which list you look at, pathogens that are known to be potential outbreak agents. Let's take this organization-- it has about 200 scientists and we sized it and costed it-- and let's have it go after making a vaccine for each one of these pathogens. And the reality will unfold, and an outbreak will happen. And two scenarios are possible. Either we are lucky and we made the vaccine already, in which case we can immediately deploy it. Or we will not likely, we didn't make a vaccine. But here we have an organization has no opportunity cost, it can instantly be fully dedicated with platform technologies that are validated to make as fast as possible a vaccine against a new outbreak. We find this proposal compelling, frankly. Everybody we spoke to found it compelling. It's been two years, great progress-- not as fast as we wish it should be-- has been made. A new organization has been created called CEPI, or Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovation. We're both heavily involved in helping create this coalition. And this coalition could very well be the body that can finance a series of such organizations that can be dedicated proactively, permanently to make vaccines against outbreak agents.

Hi, everybody! So, Lara, you was a mentee on Fortune's global mentoring program in 2010. She came from Jordan and she had three mentors, Carol Bartz who was the CEO of Yahoo, Judy Olian who was the dean at UCLA, and [ UNKNOWN ] who was a partner at [ UNKNOWN ]. Lara, what were you doing then in your career and what are you doing now? Well I joined the, I was fortunate enough to be selected in 2010 to attend the mentoring programme and at the time I was working, I was running a digital news room of Duodents first independent news paper and when I was selected, I decided to. Development to this experience, and when I came back, there was a lot of new beginnings for me mainly I started an NGO to focus on women empowerment to increase, to remove the structural barriers that were holding women back from entering the workforce and staying there. And I also went into television. I pursued video journalism which I was very keen on and so I came into it was more of a like going from inwards all about me and when I came back from the mentoring program it was about outwards, looking at everything around me and all the women around me and Paying attention to needs other than myself. Great. Laura, what did a typical day look like with your mentors? It was fascinating. I had three mentors. They had a lot of things in common, but they had a lot of things that were different. So the common thing about my mentors with that they were. They would act and not react. So they would see something in my personality and they would change my program to fit it. They were connectors they expanded my network just like Michael voices did. They connected me immediately with 33 women from around the world that fascinated me, and they were mentees emerging leaders. And so there was an experience there. And there was also they would like, look into our weaknesses or challenges and they were connectors. So we would go out for dinner. And I would find myself sitting next to, at least let's say, and then I would realize why am I sitting there? Why is my name next release? And then when I was talking with the least I would realize that haha I had shared this challenge with my mentor this morning. So she put me next to this lady because she thought that this lady could help me. Of course six in the morning I would be running to the gym with one of them. The other one would take me around Pasadena on a bike, and she was like 20 years older than me and I couldn't keep up with her. And I would like to be so embarrassed like this is part of her lifestyle. And one of my mentors was, so I was about to get married that year, so, I would ask her about how she connected with her kids with such a busy work life balance. And she said, you see that tree top, tree house over there in my back yard? I built it with them. I was like but you're a lawyer, I was like how did you do that? She said, I read, I studied And I figured it out and I made it happen. I connected with my kids using our hand, using the soil. Of course Carol Bartz was, she was an amazing woman. She had a she had a treadmill in her office, and she spoke with all Yahoo members this one day over the Skype And whatever they use them, and she showed me how she can speak to thousands of people and get what she wanted. And one of the most important things you taught me was, if you go into a meeting and you find five people leave, nothing is gonna come out of that meeting. [ LAUGH ] Run. So and she was serious. The one common denominator of their resilience was that they were all cancer survivors. And they made it a point that it was insignificant in pursuing their career. They made me feel that they literally described their [ UNKNOWN ] sessions. They like one of them would walk me up to a picture and say, you see this picture here? I had just come back from a chemo session. And then I had this group picture and I was standing upright and nobody knew my situation. And other one told me, I would go into my chemo session, go back to my meeting, and sorry, if I needed to vomit I'd go back to the bathroom Wipe it away and go back into my meeting. And this is someone that has never been exposed to this. And I looked at them and I said, they are so resilient, they're fit. They're focused, they're authentic, they're real. They're committed and they're consistent. And they really don't wanna thank you for me. They didn't even expect me to thank them. They just wanted what was best for me. And they were able to share all their knowledge with me without any hesitation. Yeah. Wow. I'd love to hear from Cathy a little bit about your experience as a mentor. What made you initially want to be a mentor? And how did you manage that commitment? So how many in this audience are here for the first time by show of hands? Wow. So in 2008, I was sitting in your seats. And I heard from a number of priormentees like Laura about their experiences, and I was shocked and amazed at what a short period of time mentoring could do to change people's lives not only their lives but the way they paid it back in their countries. So it's like the adjusted justice Stewart 1964 tests for obscenity You know what, when you see it, and that's what drove me to mentoring. Great. And can you tell us a little bit about how you split that up? So I first thought it might be pretty daunting so of course when I heard people like Laura speak, I thought, well, this is something I'd really like to do. I'd like to use whatever power and influence I have to make more of a difference in the world. But I thought, I'm busy. It's 2008. I'm leading a global law firm, that's when the economy was starting to exit the the legal market and And I thought who's gonna be excited to be stuck with a lawyer through this program? And so I was here with Susan Wojcicki and this is preCEO of YouTube days and Megan Smith and this is before she became the Chief Technology Officer of the United States. And we were all taking the same thing. We've loved to do this, but we can't do it alone. So the three of us actually teamed and co mentored that first year. And then even then, due to your point, Laura about not reacting but acting. Even then I thought, if I just have this person watch me in the legal environment or in the law firm leadership environment, they're not gonna get out of this program what they want to get out of this program. So what I did was I connected into the women in Silicon Valley, some of whom were in this room like melon yen, and we came up with group mentoring and we would host dinners we would bring in and Winblad, Heidi Roizen Kelly McElhaney people to come in and help depending on whatever issue or challenge the mentee had. We would have strategy sessions we would my first mentee was Susan Rebecca from South Africa. And remember Susan, Susan gave up her pension to start an orphanage. And she ended up having 250 children in her in her orphanage. But she wasn't sustainable. So we had a session and we talked about how we could connect her into the Oprah net work and how she could have her orphanage. The women who work there. Make clothing and how They could make items and become sustainable so they didn't have to rely on donations. So that's the kind of work that we did. And it wasn't just me it was, with the fortune name and the State Department and Vital Voices. You can get a lot of people together and really make it a rich and rewarding experience, not only for the mentee, but for yourselves as well. Alyse, what are some other memorable ways that mentors have brought mentees into their lives whether at work or at home? Well, I can tell you, it is never what you expected to be. I mean you hear from Lara and from Kathy, it's nothing short of transformational. And I think one of the most powerful things about this program is that it shows these rising entrepreneurs and business leaders that Leadership is not what you thought it was. It is not the person maybe that you see leading a country. It is about seeking power using power platform voice to empower and that's why I think they always go back and do extraordinary things and thinking of Maria Hodge, Maria Gabriella Hodge from Argentina. She was mentored and went back. One of the earliest mentees went back and has trained and mentored 11, 000 women in the 12 years since she was mentored. Maria Pacheco in Guatemala actually started working with her mentor. Kathy Calvin who was the head of the UN Foundation. So mentors also come from many different sectors. I will actually tell all of you, it is like the bad **** women's club. [ LAUGH ] So you don't have to be the CEO of a company. But it's women who understand this idea, that we lead differently. And we lead wanting to have that legacy because for the 338 women who have been mentored over the last 14 years of this program, it has impact the lives of millions. And I can tell you that full stop because of all the follow on programs and initiatives that have been launched because these women go back and change. And they realize, yeah, I've got to empower others. Right. Do we have any questions in the room? No. Okay, we can keep going. We gotta give pad [ UNKNOWN ] sellers. [ LAUGH ] He has Patty. [ APPLAUSE ] Patty is a founder of this program. I think it's so powerful because it is a public private partnership between- Cofounder. Okay, cofounder. Cofounder, yes. Dina Pal. Dina Pal. When she was at the state apartment and then we quickly [ UNKNOWN ] Invited you in on the day two [ INAUDIBLE ] yes. Great. If I can, I've got a great story about Patty, so [ LAUGH ] I told her I would call her out in the audience today. So So, my first year I had mentored Susan Rumac, is I mentioned you had an orphanage in South Africa, and later that year I did not know Patty, but I was at All Things Digital, and I had a file and was stuck in my room. And Patty said, well, let's just meet for lunch after the conference. And we met, and Patty said, I really want you to go to the Global Forum, the Fortune Global Forum that's in South Africa. And I looked at my schedule and I said, I've got speaking engagements. I can't make this work. And then I thought, Patty, if you come with me to Johannesburg and go to the orphanage and write about the orphanage and then we drive this bus, that Megan Smith and Susan Wojcicki and I fundraise for Susan, if you drive that to the global forum, that all go to the global forum. Three weeks later. Three weeks later, [ LAUGH ] Three weeks later [ LAUGH ] and so we did that and we brought Susan to the global forum. We actually, we brought this bus that we had purchased with the help of a lot of people in Silicon Valley. We plastered it with pictures of the mentorship program of the orphanage. And parked it right in front of where Bill Clinton, Desmond Tutu, all of these people [ LAUGH ] were coming in. We were literally on the road 23 hours from Johannesburg to Cape Town, and We called and Mulcahy remember that or Ursula Burns. Ursula Burns from Xerox to get these signs [ CROSSTALK ] CEO of Xerox at the time because we wanted to get a big sign for the side of the bus. Chill and they ended up helping us. They did. And then Google Maps was really just this was. They were tracking it. Megan Smith had Google Maps was tracking our boy. Google was helping us like tracking us on Google Maps and it makes the entrepreneurial. And we ended up putting Susan front center at the global forum and spreading the word about this wonderful program. Yeah, so [ UNKNOWN ]. Cathy. [ APPLAUSE ] Cathy. I think, we've been [ UNKNOWN ] so important about this program is that you as a mentor are just as transformed as the mentee's I have right here, you all wondered; Why does she come on stage with her purse. [ LAUGH ] This is the Kathy Clutch, named after this woman because it was made by her mentee. She was so impacted by that, and we all bought a Kathy Clutch. [ LAUGH ] And I'll just say, there's even a bigger story here that So Menaul quit her job where she was serving other people and decided that the way in Morocco to empower women and to give them power, even within their personal relationships in their household was to give them jobs. If they had money, they had power. So she started a seal of luxury and started a high end purse company. You can go online. A high end purse company and all of these purses are made by rural women in Morocco and it was just phenomenal what she's doing to transform the world into a country. [ UNKNOWN ] loves this. Lara, what did you get out of the program? [ LAUGH ] Not the purse. I wanna buy- Not the purse, yeah. Yeah. Maybe I'll have a larpers The first thing I got out of the program was a sense of purpose. Where I was going so I was like a loose cannon. I had so much energy I would like a bullet. I didn't know I have any definition to my energy I, wanted something but I didn't find anyone to guide me and the program from the minute you land in The US until you finish you I think Michael voices like it puts it in a way that you will meet different experiences just fight before you meet your mentors like we had a weekend in Washington and every single person played a role in shaping this mentoring experience. For example, There was Han Valerie who had just survived, she was a mentee. She had just survived the Haiti earthquake and she literally survived because she left a meeting that she was in to meet her husband. And everyone in the meeting had died because she just crossed out and then everyone, that earthquake took place and she survived. So she was on the bus, we're going to this gala dinner in DC And I was like, You look amazing. Look, you look fantastic. How do you do it? And she looked at me, she said, this is not a rehearsal. This is it. You either live and enjoy every moment because you might lose it in a second. And then we went to the gala dinner and there was Beth Brooke, who was at the time working for Ernst and Young. She was also a mentor. And I had we all came with vulnerabilities. And we were very transparent. So I asked her, listen, I'm really bad at delegating. So how can I overcome that? I'm always worried that no one will give me the quality that I am used to giving. So she said I was the same thing. She acknowledged my weakness and she said But someone trusted you one time, someone trusted what you were doing so you need to trust 80 % of anyone that gives you work and work with them without imposing yourself to improve them. And then there was Amiri slaughters, who I'm sure all of you know You're at the State Department because I was part of the program and she said, I was about to think of, you know, getting married and worried about my career and the work life balance. And that's why I started my NGO. And I told her and she asked, she said, asked her, What about work life balance, and she said something, all these things that I'm telling you are things that I practice every day and she said Family comes first, what comes together? Not second. And so when I came back there was sense of purpose. It was, I removed it from my life and it became about the we, the you, the, the other people. For me, the most rewarding thing about leadership was that My mentors, they showed me, did not tell me, did not impose and I decided that this should be my leadership way. And I keep improving and just last year [ UNKNOWN ] hooked me with another mentor from Johnson & Johnson. Great, I think Laura that's all the time we have. Yeah. Input.
