The maker of Subaru cars will change its name next year to match its auto brand. Under Yoshinaga, Fuji has moved to partner with other companies in developing new models and its crossover vehicles have been popular in the U.S. Result: 12-month sales of $31.7 billion (vs. $18.4 billion in the year before Yoshinaga took over in 2012) and profits have leaped from $466 million to $4 billion.
