Wang Fengying

Wang Fengying was already one of China's most established car executives when she joined EV startup XPeng as president in 2023, after three decades at Great Wall Motor, one of China's largest carmakers. Her product-line overhaul helped drive an 88% jump in revenue last year to 76.7 billion yuan ($11 billion). XPeng is expanding beyond cars, dropping "Motors" from its Chinese name as it moves into AI, chips, robotics, and assisted driving; its robotics unit raised over $900 million this year for humanoid robots.
