Roshni Nadar Malhotra succeeded her father, Shiv Nadar, as HCLTech's chairperson in 2020, taking charge of one of India's most storied tech companies, now with $14.7 billion in revenue. She's repositioning the company as an AI-native enterprise; advanced AI revenue was $620 million last year. In February, her group's joint venture with Foxconn broke ground on a $440million chip-packaging plant in Uttar Pradesh. She's changing the company in other ways, too: Its board is now 50% women, one of the highest shares of any major global technology company. According to the 2026 Hurun India Rich List, she remains India's richest woman.
