Wallaya Chirathivat, daughter of Central Group founder Tiang Chirathivat, became the conglomerate's president in September 2026, overseeing group strategy and integration. She joined Central Pattana, its property arm, in 2018, becoming its first woman CEO in 2022; the developer runs 45 projects, including Bangkok's CentralWorld. She handed the CEO post to Chanavat Uahwatanasakul in May but stays a director. Within weeks, she unveiled a $3.5 billion, decade-long Vietnam expansion plan. Central Pattana posted record revenues of $1.6 billion in 2025.
