GCash, the popular Philippines fintech app run by Martha Sazon, is set to debut on the Philippine Stock Exchange on October 20 in an IPO that would raise about 61 billion pesos ($973 million)—on track to be the country's largest-ever listing, with cornerstone commitments from BlackRock, T. Rowe Price and the IFC. Some 90 million Filipinos have used the app, which offers everything from remittance to savings accounts and even credit; about 41.5 million use it every month.
