Land Bank of the Philippines is the nation's largest government financial institution, providing services to small farmers and fishers, and other micro, small, and medium enterprises. Lynette V. Ortiz is the bank's 11th president and CEO, appointed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in 2023 after three decades in banking — most recently as the first Filipino CEO of Standard Chartered Philippines. Under her leadership, the bank posted record 2025 net income of 44 billion Philippine pesos (about $700 million), up 24% year on year, and declared 32.6 billion Philippine pesos (about $520 million) in dividends to the national government in 2026 — its third straight year as the largest dividend payer among the Philippines' state-owned companies.
