Health care
- UnitedHealth Group (No. 4) announced that CEO Andrew Witty stepped down from the role for personal reasons, effective immediately. - Intuitive Surgical (No. 497) appointed David J. Rosa as CEO, effective July 1. Rosa, who has been with the company since 1996 and was its ninth employee, currently serves as President. Rosa will succeed Gary S. Guthart, who will transition to Executive Chair of the Board.
Technology
- Cisco (No. 74) appointed Mark Patterson as its next CFO, effective July 7. Patterson currently serves as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer and will succeed Scott Herren, who will retire.
