For some, Easter Sunday calls for a home-cooked meal, but those in need of last-minute plans as well as non-observers can still make an event out of the holiday. While a number of businesses will close their doors, several restaurant chains will remain open on April 16.

There are a couple of things to keep in mind: Some chains operate as franchises that allow individual managers to set a restaurant’s hours for the day. Other locations within malls or shopping centers may be closed if the complex as a whole is closed for Easter.

The following eateries will keep the lights on this Easter Sunday, according to HolidayShoppingHours.com. Note that hours might change in addition to varying times depending on region. The best way to be sure is to call any restaurants in advance to confirm.

Applebee’s — The popular grill and bar will be open for Easter Sunday, with varying hours depending on location.

Bob Evans — All locations will be open with regular store hours.

Buffalo Wild Wings — Football season may be over, but the chain will remain open on Sunday with regular hours.

Burger King — The fast-food chain will remain open for Easter, though hours may change depending on location.

Denny’s — Most of the diner chain’s locations will be open, many of them even 24 hours.

Golden Corral — The buffet chain will be open on Sunday and carry out regular hours.

Hooters — All locations will be open, though some are closing an hour or two earlier depending on region.

Krystal — Most of the burger franchise’s stores should be open on Easter.

LongHorn Steakhouse — The dining chain will be open with hours varying by location.

Olive Garden — The Italian restaurants will remain open, though hours vary by location.

Outback Steakhouse — Hours vary by location, but most Outback restaurant’s will remain open on Easter.

Red Lobster — Consider passing on the traditional Easter lamb and eat some seafood instead. All Red Lobster locations will be open.

Starbucks— Most generally operate on regular business hours during the holiday.

White Castle — The burger chain will operate with normal business hours.
