The man who bought President Donald Trump’s childhood home in Queens has sold the property for $2.14 million, for a 54% jump from its sale price in December.

Real estate mogul Michael Davis, of Wareham Holdings LLC, bought the Jamaica Estates home for $1.39 million before Trump’s inauguration. He turned a 50% profit in flipping the 2,000-square-foot house at an auction on Monday, Politico reported.

The buyer bought the house under the name Trump Birth House LLC. A lawyer for the buyer, whose identity was not revealed, told Politico he was not permitted to share information regarding the purchase.

“This property is so much more than just real estate,” Paramount Realty USA’s Misha Haghani told Politico. “Special properties are appropriately sold by auction, just like art is. As they say, beauty is truly in the eyes of the beholder.”
