eRecycling Group Inc., an Irving, Texas-based provider of incentivized mobile device trade-in and reuse solutions, has raised $105 million in Series C funding. Existing backer Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers led the round, and was joined by new investor Silver Lake Kraftwerk. Other company shareholders include OpenAir Equity Partners, SJF Ventures, NGEN Partners, RRE Ventures and TAP Advisors www.erecyclingcorps.com

Nextdoor, a private social network for neighborhoods, this morning announced that it has raised $60 million in new VC funding, co-led by Tiger Global Management and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. The round was competitive, with sources telling Fortune that it values the San Francisco-based company at approximately $600 million. Comcast Ventures also participated, alongside existing shareholders Benchmark, Greylock Partners and Shasta Ventures. Read more.

Calithera Biosciences, a South San Francisco-based developer of cancer therapeutics, has raised $35 million in Series D funding. Adage Capital Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Morgenthaler Ventures, Advanced Technology Ventures and Delphi Ventures. www.calithera.com

Rumble Entertainment, a San Mateo, Calif.-based publisher of free-to-play multiplatform games, has raised $17.5 million in Series B funding. Nexon led the round, and was joined by TriplePoint Capital and return backers Google Ventures and Khosla Ventures. www.rumblegames.com
Hony Capital and Chinese electronics retailer Suning Commerce Group Co. have agreed to invest a total of $450 million into Chinese digital video technology company PPTV.com. www.pptv.com

Brighter, a dental insurance alternative that provides self-pay patients access to pre-negotiated prices at local dentists, has raised $15 million in Series C funding. Tenaya Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers Mayfield Fund and Benchmark. www.brighter.com

Magisto, an Israeli developer of mobile video editing tools, has raised $13 million in Series C funding.Qualcomm Ventures and SanDisk Ventures were joined by return backers Magma Venture Partners and Horizons Ventures. www.magisto.com

, a San Francisco-based provider of exclusive experiences, has raised $12 million in new VC funding. New Enterprise Associates led the round, and was joined by Khosla Ventures, Founders Fund, American Express Ventures, Condé Nast and individual angels like Marissa Mayer, Marc Benioff, Mark Pincus and Yuri Milner.www.ifonly.com

Stratoscale, an Israeli provider of virtualization technology for improving the performance and scale of large data centers, has raised $10 million in Series A funding from Battery Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners. www.stratoscale.com

Q Factor Communications Corp., a Waltham, Mass.-based developer of packet recovery technology, has raised $6.5 million in first-round funding from Sigma Prime Ventures and Venrock.www.qfactor.com

BERG Cloud, a UK-based platform for connected devices, has raised $1.3 million in VC funding from Connect Ventures, Initial Capital and Index Ventures. www.bergcloud.com
