Dafti, a Brazil-based fashion ecommerce company backed by Rocket Internet, has raised $70 million in new VC funding from the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. www.dafti.com.br

FuzeBox, a San Francisco-based provider of online collaboration and communication tools, has raised $26 million in Series B funding. Hermes Growth Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Index Ventures, Khosla Ventures and Insight Venture Partners. The company also has named David Obrand, former chief customer officer at Yammer, as CEO. www.fuzebox.com

Sol Voltaics, a Sweden-based developer of technologies for producing portable semiconductor nanowire-based solar cells, has raised $15.6 million in new VC funding. Umoe led the round, and was joined by Industrifonden, Nano Future Invest and Foundation Asset Management. The funding also includes a $6.2 million loan from the Swedish Energy Agency. www.solvoltaics.com

PubNub, a San Francisco-based cloud-hosted messaging service for building real-time Web and mobile applications, has raised $11 million in Series B funding. Scale Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Relay Ventures and TiE Angels. www.pubnub.com

Sproutling, a San Francisco-based provider of wearable sleep monitors for infants, has raised $2.6 million in VC funding. Backers include Lemnos Labs (where the company was incubated), First Round Capital, Forerunner Ventures, FirstMark Capital, Accelerator Ventures, BoxGroup and Shawn Fanning.www.sproutling.com

Apiary, a San Francisco-based API design platform company, has raised $1.63 million in seed funding led by Flybridge Capital Partners and Baseline Ventures. www.apiary.io

Cinemacraft, an immersive video platform with offices in Tokyo and Silicon Valley, has raised $1.5 million in new VC funding. Backers include NTT DoCoMo, MediaCamp (Turner Broadcasting) and existing shareholder 500 Startups. www.cinemacraft.tv
